EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACH, AUTHOR, AND INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER

From Overwhelmed
to Unstoppable

Emboldening leaders and teams to elevate their impact by creating strong relationships that drive results.

Managing today can be complex and challenging. The structure of work continues to evolve, and with that, overwhelm, burnout, and low motivation may be more visible in yourself and your team. Motivating your staff and reigniting creativity can be difficult. Managers and executives say that they don't have time to cultivate relationships and too often, organizations are requesting their employees do more with less.

The key is to build strong relationships with your team and your peers. When you lead from your authentic self, you deepen your connection with your team and inspire them to do the same by bringing their best selves to the table. Instead of having to choose one over the other, embracing your leadership style makes it easier to balance your employee’s well being with company goals.

Whether you’re a leader charting a new direction with your start-up or a leader in tech looking to boost your team’s morale, motivation, and productivity – it’s critical to start with a strong foundation. And the strongest foundations come from relationships with trust, respect, and connection.

Ready to discover the power of building strong relationships at work?

Executive Coach. Author. Keynote Speaker.

After 20 years as a leading marketing executive at top-tier companies like Apple, leading teams in global launches like iPhone 6, I learned how to excel with grit, grace, and resilience. I now support leaders and executives across small start-ups and industry giants as they elevate their impact by creating strong relationships at work and to move from overwhelmed to unstoppable. I’m well-versed in handling the other side of the virtual table, the challenges of navigating complex workplaces, and the demands of tech.

My work and expertise focus on supporting leaders to develop leadership styles that bring meaning to your work, alongside building healthy, high-performing teams that enable leaders and team members to show up authentically by leveraging their strengths (or superpowers). When you lean into your strengths and own your one-of-a-kind style of leadership, that’s when you become unstoppable.

My best-selling book, Meet Me on the Bridge, details how to create strong relationships at work to drive results. I’ve spoken on the power of connecting and leading in this way at organizations such as: X (Twitter), Roku, Starbucks, Stanford, Geico, 3M, Bosch, Colgate-Palmolive, and many more.

Best-selling book: Meet Me on the Bridge

Meet Me on the Bridge explores how building, strengthening, and maintaining (or repairing) a bridge between a manager and an employee creates a strong, trusting relationship at work. This encourages stronger levels of creativity, higher employee engagement, and more employee empowerment. Throughout this book, you will find stories and insights from my career as well those from CEOs, founders, managers, and individuals.

Whether you’re building a new bridge or rebuilding one, this books provides actionable strategies. When we start with the focus of creating relationships, teams and organizations thrive.

Leadership Coaching: Connect with Authenticity

Christine wanted to feel valued and excited about work. When we started working together, she was often mistaken for a notetaker (instead of founder) during investment pitch meetings. She hadn't found her voice, confidence, or authentic leadership style. Over the first six months we worked together, we designed a strategy and plan for how to transition from a place of insecurity to one where she leveraged her strengths. This aligned with her current and future professional goals, which reignited her passion for her startup. She began connecting with the Venture Capital partners in the pitches and the startup received funding. Her relationship with her co-founder changed dramatically, and so did her interactions with the team. She reshaped the company culture with more trust, respect, and authentic connection.

We explored how to level up her leadership. She has created a thriving team. She speaks at numerous conferences, on podcasts, and on panels - with great confidence.

When we leverage our superpowers and author the story we want, we empower ourselves to achieve more in a way that fulfills us. Then we can define our personal leadership style to create strong relationships.

Stepping into your strengths can be scary, but it’s in owning them that you ignite the fire within yourself and you can inspire others. When clients pull back the curtain to reveal the stories that are holding them back, many are surprised to find a world of passion, superpowers, and purpose within. Originally, Christine believed her story of insecurity as the way it would be and that she didn’t have the right skills to lead.

Team Cultivation: Build the Bridge

As a great leader, you want to create great teams. Forming a rock solid team that works seamlessly together and motivates each other is like building a bridge. Every bridge needs a solid foundation. For your team, that’s about strengthening relationships and cultivating an environment of safety and trust.

Then it’s time to focus on the pillars that will uphold your bridge: an inclusive culture; clear road map with goals and vision; strong, healthy communication; dependable structures that enable ease of work flow. Tying all of this together is intentionality. Whether you’re working in a hybrid, remote, or virtual space, these are the components critical to creating teams that not only drive solid results, but that are happy, supportive, and enjoy working together.

Team coaching can provide your team with the fundamental tools that will support their growth as effective members of your team. With an emphasis on leveraging your team member’s individual strengths, we ensure your team feels valued and works synergistically with each other.

Both sides need to build the bridge.

If only one side builds, it is merely a lookout.
