The throughline of my career was inspired by my first manager, whose authentic desire and commitment to growing people, listening, and supporting them as they dare to do as Garth Brooks sings in his song, Standing Outside the Fire:

“Life is not tried, it is merely survived if you’re standing outside the fire.”

For 20 years, I worked as a Marketing Leader at top-tier companies like Logitech and Apple and now as an Executive Coach for organizations including Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Stanford, NextDoor, NVIDIA, and more. In that time, I've learned the key to success – from product launches to team synergy to individual growth and fulfillment – is authenticity build trust, respect, and connection with others. Listen with curiosity and openness. This creates solid bonds with others that enables incredible results.

 

Mission

Our mission is to develop leaders who know their voice, how to genuinely connect with others, and lead from a place of curiosity so they can create a workplace that empowers their teams. We support clients as they lead with conviction of purpose, clarity, and confidence and foster environments that are inclusive. 

When we engage with the world authentically, we shed the weight of leadership styles that don’t fit our voice or our team’s needs, and empower ourselves to lead in ways that are sustainable, healthy, bring more meaning to our work, and create freedom for others to do the same.

As we work with a client to move from overwhelmed to unstoppable, the impact of their work ripples out to touch not just to the team, but all those they interact with. By elevating their presence and ability to develop strong ties to their team, clients shift from insecure or unsure boss to confident leader that empowers a thriving team. This leader not only impacts him or herself and their team, but also their department, new business opportunities, recruiting key talent, and the organization as a whole. The ripples continue on.
